Birthday Party Information
A birthday at Create-A-Craft is all about the art!
When you book a birthday party with us, you have a dedicated staff member to assist with all birthday party festivities, as well as access to the reserved birthday party section, for two hours. Seating in this section can accommodate up to 15 painters. (If you have more than 15 painters, we can pull another table to the party area, for a $50 fee).
Our party area includes tablecloths for the food and gift tables, a birthday banner, and a customizable birthday sign. We also provide plates, napkins, and eating utensils for the painters on request. If you have your own decorations/party theme, please feel free to bring that stuff in, and set-up the party area as you like. You may also bring in food/beverages items. We have a full size refrigerator and freezer that will be available for you to use.
HOW IT WORKS:
Since a birthday party at Create-A-Craft is all about the art- each child will get to create their very own masterpiece! You must decide ahead of time which types of paints will be used for the party. Since we have to use different materials for each type of paint, we CANNOT use both. The two types of paints to choose from are described below:
ACRYLIC PAINT PARTY
This type of party involves the use of regular acrylic paints. Each child will be able to bring their creation home with them that day- making them the ultimate party favors! These types of paints can be used on: canvas and any ceramic that does not hold food/beverage. (Food/beverage ceramics require the use of fire paints and firing, per food and beverage regulations).
FIRE PAINT PARTY
This type of party involves the use of fire paints. Each child will be able to pick out and paint their very own ceramic. Firing the ceramics turn them into a memory that can last a lifetime. Although these items will have to stay with us for a few days for firing, once they are ready, you won't believe how amazing these cherish-able items turn out!
Once you choose between acrylic paint or fire paint party, then you must decide on a price range for your birthday party guests. Our items range in prices, so your guests will simply pick out an item within your set price range.
Cost
We charge a set booking fee of $75.00 for all birthday parties. This fee must be paid in full during the booking process. You can book online, or in-store. Please note, this cost is separate from the art projects costs, and covers the reservation of the designated birthday section, as well as a dedicated staff member that assists with all birthday party festivities.
The remainder cost for the birthday party depends on the amount of guests, and the price limit that you have set.
Please note that items painted at the birthday party, must reach a minimum total of $100.
